- 1 premium loose-leaf tea bag
- 4 tablespoons of fruit syrup
- 150 ml of ice cubes or 6 standard size ice cubes
- 1 200 ml (small) cup
- 1 500 ml (large) cup
Let's Get Cooking!
5 Min Boba Pearls
- Fill a pot with 500 ml of water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- Once the water is boiling, lower it to medium heat and add the boba pearls.
- Stir the boba pearls gently to ensure they do not stick to the bottom of the pot and cook them for 5 minutes with the pot lid off.
- Once the boba pearls are cooked, rinse them under cold water to cool them down.
Bubble Tea Syrup
- Place the tea bag into the 200 ml cup. Bring 150 ml of water to a boil and pour it into the cup.
- Steep the tea for 1-2 minutes and remove it afterwards.
- Add 4 tablespoons of fruit syrup into the 200 ml cup and stir until the syrup is fully mixed with the tea.
- Place the ice cubes inside the 500 ml cup. Pour the 150 ml of hot fruit tea liquid over the ice cubes in this cup.
- Add 125-150 ml of cold water into the 500 ml cup.
- Add the topping of your choice to the bottom of your 500 ml cup. Happy sipping!
Personalize the Taste of Your Bubble Tea!
The best part of our Bubble Tea Kits is that you can customize your bubble tea to fit your exact preferences! Here is a general guideline of how to tweak your bubble tea to fit you just right!
To adjust the chewiness of your boba pearls - the longer the boba pearls are cooked, the softer and less chewy they will get! The recommended cooking time of 5 minutes will get the boba pearls to the chewiness level that you'll find at most bubble tea shops!
To adjust the sweetness of your bubble tea - add more/ less fruit syrup or fructose syrup
To adjust the temperature/ dilution of your bubble tea - add more/ less ice cubes. We suggest adding 25 ml less water for every extra ice cube added to your bubble tea!
