Creamy Fruit Bubble Tea Recipe
What You'll Need (For One Serving)
- 35 g (3 tablespoons) of our special 5-minute boba pearls or other ready-made topping (eg. popping boba, jelly, crystal boba)
- 40 g (4 tablespoons) of lactose-free bubble tea powder mix
- 200 ml of ice cubes or 8 standard size ice cubes
- 1 100 ml (small) cup
- 1 500 ml (large) cup

5 Min Boba Pearls
- Fill a pot with 500 ml of water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- Once the water is boiling, lower it to medium heat and add the boba pearls.
- Stir the boba pearls gently to ensure they do not stick to the bottom of the pot and cook them for 5 minutes with the pot lid off.
- Once the boba pearls are cooked, rinse them under cold water to cool them down.
Bubble Tea Powder Mix
- Place the bubble tea powder mix into the 100 ml cup. Pour 75 ml of hot water or tea into the cup. Stir to ensure the bubble tea powder fully dissolves.
- Place the ice cubes inside the 500 ml cup. Pour the 75 ml of hot bubble tea liquid over the ice cubes in this cup.
- Add 100-150 ml of cold water, milk, or milk alternative (eg. soy, almond, oat milk) into the 500 ml cup.
- Add the topping to the bottom of your 500 ml cup. Happy sipping!
