Loved my order. Delicious! Loved being able to control how much I put in each drink

Delicious, delivered quick, everything was in perfect condition. I love this store they never miss!

Not overly impressed.

So.... this kit is advertised as "easy, quick, simple, and hassle-free", which was unfortunately not my experience. The uncooked dry boba pearls have to be boiled on the stove freshly for each drink, which I only found out on the bottom of one page of the website because there is NO instruction anywhere on or in the kit for how much of the dried tapioca pearls to boil per drink, or how to store them after cooked, which also contradicts the listing's claim of "all ingredients are pre-measured". Thankfully I found a great Canadian company on Amazon to purchase individually packaged microwavable pearls from. The flavors of the teas were very good, but the bags containing the powder were often extremely difficult to open after resealing, causing much frustration. After a mostly annoying and definitely NOT "5 minute" cook time, I wouldn't buy from this company again. I believe my case to be an anomaly though, and would recommend to friends and family, with forewarning of my concerns.
