Lychee Apple Syringe Boba
This bubble tea will look like something out of a mad scientist's experiment! The lychee and strawberry flavors will combine in a sweet and tangy dance, while the green apple popping pearls add a playful crunch that feels like nibbling on candied apple slices. The syringe, when injected, brings forth an extra burst of strawberry essence, intensifying the magical experience.
What You'll Need
- 3 tablespoons of Bauble Boba Ready-to-Eat Green Apple Popping Pearls
- 2-6 tablespoons of Bauble Boba Strawberry Syrup (depending on the size of the syringe)
- 2 tablespoons of Bauble Boba Lychee Syrup
- 1 Bauble Boba Green Tea Bag
- Plastic syringe
- 4-6 ice cubes
- Water
- 500 ml cup
- 1 300 ml or larger cup
- Small sauce dish
- 1 bowl
Let's Get Cooking!
Prepare the Strawberry Syrup Syringe:
1. Pour the Strawberry Syrup into the Small Sauce Dish
Pour the strawberry syrup from the bottle into the small sauce dish. Then, using the plastic syringe, starting sucking up the syrup into the syringe by pulling on the syringe handle. Tip: If the strawberry syrup is too stiff to work with/ too clumpy from being in the fridge, warm it up in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to make the syrup more malleable/ easier to suck up with the syringe.
Prepare the Green Apple Popping Pearls:
1. Pour the Popping Pearls into a Bowl
Pour the green apple popping pearls from the bottle into the bowl. Make sure to pour the green apple juice that comes out back into the bottle with a funnel to ensure that the remainder of the popping pearls in the bottle stay hydrated/ don’t deflate!
Prepare the Green Tea
1. Steep the Green Tea
Place the green tea bag into the 300 ml cup. Bring 250 ml of water to a boil and pour it into the cup. Steep the tea bag for 1 minute and remove it afterwards.
Assemble the Drink
1. Add the Green Apple Popping Pearls:
Place the green apple popping pearls at the bottom of the 500 ml cup.
2. Add the Ice Cubes:
Remove the ice cubes from the freezer and place them gently into your cup. Ensure not to throw them in to the cup, so that they don’t pop the fragile green apple popping pearls underneath.
3. Pour the Green Tea in:
Pour the green tea into the cup over the ice cubes to cool the drink down.
4. Add the Lychee Syrup:
Add the Lychee Syrup to the cup.
5. Place the Strawberry Syrup Syringe into the Drink
Drizzle out however much strawberry syrup you prefer from the syringe into the drink.
6. Snap a picture of your beautiful drink!
6. Mix Everything Up and Sweeten to Taste:
Mix everything together and enjoy!
Adjust Your Drink to your Preferences
Adding more green tea or ice cubes: Makes the drink less sweet + less fruity.
Adding more fruit syrup: Sweetens the drink + makes it more flavorful.
